We believe strongly that personal growth and leadership growth are intrinsically linked.
Ongoing personal growth is very important and is expected but our primary focus is on
becoming a competent Christian leader. We structure the program in such a way as to promote
this goal. The two main methods that have evolved in our quest to teach leadership are the use
of sessions and environment.
Sessions - emphasize leadership and outdoor skills

that stimulates discussion and further understanding.
